It's on again and not long to go now..the world reknowned Noosa Food and Wine Festival has been extended to four days by popular demand. Join us in May for superb cuisine, fine wines and fabulous foodie events featuring more than 200 top Australian and International food and wine personalities.
The Festival opens with a Gala Concert & Dinner - The Cook, The Chef & The Orchestra featuring The Cook & the Chef stars Maggie Beer abd Simon Bryant and the sounds of Jane Rutter and the Queensland Arts Orchestra.
Don't miss the New Food Trail - Strings & Straw in Maleny Hinterland, International Riverside Marquee featuring three international gourmet picnics on the banks of the beautiful Noosa River or the Village Wine Marquee - some of Australia's best wine maestros presenting tastings and sharing their extensive wine knowledge.
The greatly expanded entertainment program includes acts like Sneaky Sound System, Jessica Mauboy, Anthony Callea, Audio Vixen, The Fabulous Singlettes, Martini Club & PocketLove.
The Westpac Ruby Luncheon features three inspirational women Stephanie Alexander, Nicky Riemer and Jane Ferrari.
The showcase event of the festival is the Qantas Best Dinner in the World
A stellar seven course degustation dinner with matching wines presented by Lisa Perrotti-Brown, Master of Wine and hosted by Matt Preston. Featuring internationally acclaimed chefs - Mark Best, Fergus Henderson, Alvin Leung, Davide Scabin, Ben Shewry, David Thompson and Seiji Yamamoto - all from the S.Pellegrino World's Best Restaurant list.
